If you or someone you know is a Veteran, Active Duty member or part of a Veteran Community in Southeastern PA/NJ or Delaware that:

Can provide qualifying military service (and show proof of honorable or medical discharge).

Lives in:

In Pennsylvania: Philadelphia, Montgomery, Delaware or Bucks counties.
In Delaware: New Castle county.
In New Jersey: Camden, Gloucester or Burlington counties.

And has a household income:

At or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
