Our therapeutic horticulture programs provide Veterans and their families with guided, hands-on experiences designed to support emotional well-being and personal growth.

Led by trained practitioners, these programs use working with plants and nature as a tool for connection, reflection, and skill-building.

Our community-based programs bring Veterans, families, and volunteers together through shared work on the land, creating spaces where connection happens naturally.

• Land Transformation Projects
  Supporting Veterans by transforming home gardens and Veteran-serving public spaces into places of growth and restoration

• The Sunflower Farm
  A central gathering space for programming, volunteer engagement, and community participation

• Community Events & Outreach
  Bringing the mission into the community through initiatives like packing parties, participation in local events and parades, and interactive experiences such as our mobile yurt and propagation station
