Often the veterans we serve don't have the knowledge or the funds to build a garden themselves, purchase and care for a plant or understand how plants can contribute to their own personal healing process. Thankfully, we do!

Forest bathing (also known as shinrin-yoku) is the conscious and contemplative practice of being immersed in the sights, sounds and smells of the forest. All are welcome to experience this meditative experience through nature, followed by fellowship.

Our organization operates year round. We can help a Veteran build an indoor garden, all they need to bring is their imagination. And we can do this wherever a Veteran lives.
We also can work live with small groups either virtually or in person to bring thoughtful plant based activities to veterans in order to help them reduce stress and increase confidence.
