Heroic Gardens will lead the group for two 30 minute guided mediations. Leave your phone behind and commune with those that the Native Americans called, "The Standing People."
Meghan's Foundation will lead two 30 minute trauma-sensitive yoga and meditation yoga sessions on the property.

Stenton was home to six generations of the Logan family, as well as a diverse community of servants and enslaved Africans, including Dinah, who lived and labored at Stenton for over 50 years. Furnished with 18th- and 19th-century Logan family objects, and remaining in little-altered condition, a visit to Stenton offers an unparalleled experience of early Pennsylvania.
Please note: The house museum tour includes 2 flights of stairs up to the second floor, and another set to the third floor. The first floor is accessible with the use of a ramp.
Join Jen Campbell, Owner of Spark and Vitality inside historic Stenton for this ancient practice of creating bracelets used in prayer, and Meditation. In this practice, one repeats a Mantra (sacred utterance), breath, or gratitude.

The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania an organization of women that actively promotes an appreciation of America's national heritage through historic preservation, patriotic service, and educational projects. The NSCDA/PA has worked to “preserve and maintain Stenton as an historic object lesson” since 1899.
